Our Return & Replacement Policy

No Returns or Cancellations
At Meghapure, we maintain a strict no-return and no-cancellation policy for all our organic products. This policy helps us maintain product freshness, quality, and hygiene standards while keeping our prices affordable for our customers.
Important Notice
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or returned for reasons such as change of mind, wrong selection, or personal preferences.
Product Replacement
We understand that sometimes products may arrive in less than perfect condition. We offer product replacement for the following specific circumstances:
- Damaged Products: Items that are physically damaged during transit
- Expired Products: Products that have passed their expiry date upon delivery
- Foul/Spoiled Products: Items that show signs of spoilage or contamination
Replacement Conditions
Product replacement is only available for quality-related issues as mentioned above. All replacement requests must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the issue.
3-Day Return Window
All replacement requests must be initiated within 3 days of product delivery. This strict timeline ensures product freshness and allows us to investigate quality issues promptly.
Strict Deadline
After 3 days from delivery, no replacement requests will be entertained under any circumstances. Please inspect your products immediately upon delivery.
Return Process
If you receive a damaged, expired, or foul product, follow these steps for replacement:
- Contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged/expired/foul product
- Include your order ID and contact details
- Return the defective product to our address (details below)
- We will send a replacement after verifying the returned item

What We Don't Replace
The following situations are NOT covered under our replacement policy:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Wrong product selection by customer
- Products used or consumed partially
- Normal wear and tear of packaging
- Products damaged due to improper storage by customer
- Requests made after the 3-day window
